All packages will be shipped directly to the dealership.
Additional Award points for merchandise may be purchased at check out.
All orders must be received by August 31, 2013. Orders placed after this date will not be processed.
First time Expert Certified winners can enter their ring size via the website.
Repeat Expert Certified winners- return your previously awarded ring to have a diamond inserted.
The 2012 Program is valid for the following groups:
• Sales: Expert Certified, Performance Certified
• Aftersales: Mater Certified, Certified
• Technician: Master Certified, Certified Specialist
Please allow four-to-six weeks for delivery of merchandise due to customization of packages.
If you are a pop-style ring insert winner, your 2012 pop insert will be shipped directly to you.

EXCHANGES

Should merchandise need to be exchanged for size, the procedures are as follows:
Contact a Customer Service Representative within 48 hours from receipt of order.

The Customer Service Representative will provide you with a Return Material Authorization number and form that must accompany merchandise to be returned. This Authorization number is valid for thirty (30) days after the date of issue.
